I've spent years inside adviser workflows — from compliance to advice creation to document-driven processes — and saw first-hand how broken, manual, and error-prone insurance distribution is.

Serial entrepreneur and former Chief Customer Officer at a major Australasian insurer, with two decades of experience across distribution, customer strategy, and high-growth teams. I've built adviser networks, run go-to-market for new insurance products, and deeply understand how brokers sell, retain, and service customers. At PolicyCheck, I bring commercial strategy, insurer relationships, and distribution expertise — ensuring our AI platform fits the realities of adviser workflows while unlocking new revenue opportunities and scale.
